Customer Service Advisor Team Leader

Up to £31,415 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Our Warwickshire Hospital has an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor Team Leader. You will be the direct leader for our team of Customer Service Advisors, and have an important part in the Hospital’s performance.

As our Customer Service Advisor Team Leader, you will:
  • Ensure the work within the customer service advisor team meets all required standards and timescales
  • Ensure all patient quotes, data and information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format
  • Work alongside Clinic Bookings to ensure clinics are open and closed appropriately, allowing consultants to maximize their clinic time
  • Work closely with the Patient Services Manager to enhance processes across all administration departments
  • Ensure that work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and procedures
  • Responsible to ensuring that team complete mandatory training within timescales provided
  • Lead the co‑ordination, performance management and staff rota scheduling for a team of up to 10 FTE
  • Follow the recruitment process and conduct interviews
  • Participate in the induction, training and mentoring of new staff
  • Responsible for all absence management and annual leave including return to work interviews
  • Manage your time effectively between managerial workload and administrative duties
  • Complete regular 1‑2‑1 meetings and team meetings
  • Conduct annual performance development reviews
  • Works closely with the heads of all departments to ensure smooth and efficient admin processes
