This is a front-facing Library role responsible for enquiry handling and customer support in both the Main Library and University Archive (Modern Records Centre). The successful candidates will provide support for face-to-face and virtual enquiry services and support the delivery of excellent frontline customer services to diverse customer communities.
We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Customer Services team. You will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of people, be willing to learn, keen to take on new challenges, and able to work in a busy, evolving, customer-focused environment. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
