Informed Recruitment are a specialist provider of resources to the Housing & Property Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a Social Enterprise undertaking an exciting expansion and looking to bolster their customer service provision.
The objective of the role will be to support department heads to ensure outstanding customer services are provided to customers and supply chain partners. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting members; drafting, sending, tracking & chasing new membership packs, as well as member review packs for existing members; compiling management, operational and supply chain reports; identifying potential new members and competitor analysis; attending member and operational meetings; spend monitoring; attending conferences and events; drafting social media content and managing bulk email communications; maintaining audit files; taking ownership of the accounts of smaller members; supporting contract pack creation; and identifying additional opportunities with which to support members.

As an individual you will be an excellent communicator, adept at liaising at all levels with a variety of stakeholders. You will also be highly analytical with a keen eye for problem solving and meticulous attention to detail & record keeping. This role is hybrid based, with some time spent in an office in London, some time working from home.
