Customer Service Advisor

Location: Scunthorpe

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Scunthorpe depot. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do. We have high standards and are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide. Working closely with colleagues in Sales and Transport, this role helps ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations and the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email (inbound and outbound)
  • Take customer bookings and resolve queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate issues where appropriate to ensure prompt resolution
  • Accurately enter and update information on internal systems
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as required

The role may also involve other reasonable duties from time to time to support the team during periods of staff absence or changing business needs.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
