Role and responsibilities

This is a wide‑ranging role, both working at your desk and on your feet within our customer services office and its connected offices / warehouse. You will join us as a Customer Services Administrator.

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information
