Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Listers Mercedes Benz Lincoln. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join the team as a Customer Relationship Executive for the Mercedes brand. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (with a scheduled day off in the week), 8:30am to 6pm, with one late finish at 6:30pm on a rota basis. 1 in 2 weekends are also required. OTE up to £32,000 plus benefits. This is a varied and interesting role which would suit someone with previous experience in a sales orientated environment.

Responsibilities
  • To prospect all finance renewal customers
  • To co-ordinate the appointment with both the Customer, Reception Staff and the Retail Managers to a high standard
  • Post visit customer care calls to establish outcomes and next actions
  • To accurately update a workbook with all contacts, showroom appointments and sales
  • Ensure your department is self-audited and all relevant documentation is filed correctly
  • Actively work towards achieving your daily appointments booked and sales targets

  • Has an outstanding record of sales achievements

  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in explaining complex products to both business and retail customers
