This full-time role starts with a two-week induction in Buckinghamshire, after which you'll work remotely with just one day per week in the office. You’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, engaging with existing customers to retain and renew their service, all while enjoying a competitive salary and a generous commission scheme with monthly payouts.
As a Customer Service & Retention Advisor, your day will revolve around meaningful conversations with customers who are considering next steps. You’ll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions that align with individual needs. With a mix of inbound and outbound calls, you’ll build rapport quickly, overcome objections with confidence, and explain options clearly. You’ll also be a go-to person for more complex situations, providing clear guidance and taking ownership to ensure customers feel supported from start to finish.
You bring energy to conversations and aren’t afraid to think on your feet. You're confident, empathetic, and quick to learn systems and procedures. You enjoy rising to a challenge, especially when it comes with clear goals and a healthy dose of recognition. Ideally, you've worked in a customer-facing or retention-based role before, but most importantly, you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others make informed decisions and feel good about them.
Experienced in customer service or retention roles
Excellent communicator who can handle objections and resolve concerns
Confident working with systems while speaking to customers
Proactive and able to work independently
Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
Available to start on Monday 1st September and attend two weeks of training in Buckinghamshire
Uncapped monthly commission (with clear structure and milestone bonuses – earn up to £2,000/month!)
