• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Patrol and monitor site to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct fire tests and site audits as required.
• Assist in first aid incidents and maintain incident reports.

Job description

Shift Schedule

Working a minimum of 3 x 12 Hour shifts per week consisting of day and night shifts on a rolling roster basis. 5.5 weeks paid holiday per year

Shift times 0700 to 1900 and 1900 to 0700

Responsibilities

• Working in a busy outdoor shopping centre, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to both internal and external customers at all times.
• Duties to include patrolling and monitoring site
• Carrying out unit fire tests
• Weekly and monthly site audits
• Dealing with first aid incidents
• Filling in incident reports
• Upholding site rules and regulations
• Carrying out hard surface cleaning whilst on night shift shift
