Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve personal CS KPIs.
  2. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures.
  3. Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure.
  5. Handle existing customer quotations, agreements, and certificates in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system.
  7. Support planning and execution of marketing activities for existing customers.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Practical experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry is required.
