A leading UK car retailer is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the vehicle handover process and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and strong people management skills. Benefits include 31 days of holiday, paid time off every month, staff discounts, and various employee development programs. This is a full-time position based in Padiham, with a salary starting at £31,472.10 per annum plus bonuses.

Salary range: £31,472.10 per annum + monthly bonus
Location: Burnley
Hours: 40 hour,5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

Our Customer Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining our strong reputation with our customers. We pride ourselves on being nothing like other car dealerships, this role helps us achieve that by ensuring our customers leave our showrooms feeling satisfied they've had a great customer experience throughout their journey.
