Job summary

A leading Industrial company in Wales is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance communication within their team and manage customer inquiries effectively. Your responsibilities include organizing customer data, providing timely order updates, and collaborating with sales teams to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial context. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, and hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Kinetic Recruitment is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work for a leading Industrial company based in Hawarden.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient communication between the customer service team and stakeholders, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely order processing.
  • Organize and maintain customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Develop and generate reports and analytics to provide insights into customer behaviour, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, providing information on products, order status, and resolving issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather customer feedback, incorporating insights into the CRM system to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and relevant documentation.
  • Provide essential support to the customer service team by responding to customer emails, calls, and messages, and assisting with administration.
  • Acquire and maintain a basic understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and products to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to higher levels.
  • Monitor and track the status of customer orders, providing customers with updates.
  • Gather and document customer feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service manager and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer service activities.
  • Share information, insights, and best practices with team members.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Working Hours & Compensation
  • 14.50 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Temp – Perm.
