Overview

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks. You’ll work across departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing. You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reception bookings and address customer enquiries.
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Host events and assist with in-center activities across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, bar).
  • Maintain cleanliness and food and beverage preparation as required.
  • Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
