Customer Service Assistant
Salary - £25,185 - £25,989 pro rota (Grade 3)
Hours – 14 hours per week (see shift pattern below)
Location - WV Active Central & Aldersley
Contract type - part time, permanent

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll need to be customer focused, want to help our members achieve their fitness goals, have a modern approach and be ready to move the business forward. You will deliver excellent customer service as WV Active’s front of house representative and provide a welcoming, warm and professional environment to all visitors. You will have a positive and customer oriented approach in ensuring visitors have the best experience.
Special conditions: A rota system is in place for this post and should expect to work early, late and weekend shifts. Please see shift pattern above.
