Job summary

A customer service recruitment agency in Kilmarnock is seeking a Customer Service Agent. The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will manage customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, build relationships, and ensure adherence to KPIs. Strong customer service experience and computer skills are essential. The position offers a salary of £25,000 plus a monthly bonus and is subject to credit and disclosure checks.

Qualifications

Salary:25,000 + monthly bonus

Overview of some benefits
  • Salary:25,000 paand opportunity to earn up to300 bonusper month
  • Hybrid working3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)
  • 37.5hours per week (Mon-Thu Shifts across 8am 8pm, Fri 9am 5pm & 1 in 3 Sat 8am 2pm)

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries.

  • Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information.
  • Work to achieve set KPIs, ensuring these are met on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
