Overview

Customer Service Advisors. Office based in Milton Keynes - Temporary to Permanent. Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour. Full time - Working Hours: your fixed shift will be one of the following shifts only: 09:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00, or 12:00 - 21:00, five days per week including every other weekend. Start Date: Monday 13th October. Training hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 for the first 4 weeks. Important: You must be available for the full training period and have no holidays booked during this time.

The Role: We are looking for experienced and well-spoken individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. You will be the first point of contact for customers from all over the world in a busy, high volume, supportive customer experience centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all customers first time, every time.
