A nationwide veterinary service provider is seeking a candidate for a blended role in customer care and laboratory services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing biological samples, and maintaining quality standards. This is a blended role encompassing both the delivery of exceptional customer care to current and new clients as well as receipt, preparation and recording of laboratory tests.
In this role you will be part of our veterinary diagnostic laboratory providing diagnostic services in Haematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Cytology, and Molecular Biology.
Working collaboratively, we have a strong focus on personal customer care, quality, and innovation for our veterinary clients and their patients.
Previous customer service/ receptionist experience is essential.
Previous experience of working within specimen reception and/or a laboratory environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
