Responsibilities

• Handle appointments to replace tracking units in France either by scheduling engineer visits or supporting customers who are replacing the units themselves.
• Arrange appointments ensuring timely follow-ups and provide support as needed
• Process customer replacements
• Ensure units are correctly configured and working
• Ensure all information is recorded accurately
• Use relevant software as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and installers
• Report any issues to management when necessary
• Any additional tasks as required

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) a benefit but not a requirement
• Experience in customer service a bonus
