EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly team in Milton Keynes.

  • Salary £26,000 - £28,000
  • 25 Days Annual Leave
  • 1 day working from home (following successful probation)

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online).
  • Process and manage customer orders from start to delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and service queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth service.
  • Support the sales team with administration and accurate data entry.
  • Manage stock and swatches, including processing, delivery, and reporting
  • Take ownership of queries and see them through to resolution.
  • Provide cross-team support when required.
Qualifications
  • At least a couple of years experience in a Customer Service orientated office role
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach
  • Someone comfortable juggling different tasks and working with various teams
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
