We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service department at Verisure Services in Newcastle. This role involves supporting customers by handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high quality customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Ideally at least 1 year's experience in a customer service environment
