Customer Service Advisor

Location: Kettering, NN16 8UN
Salary: From £26,190 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Process orders, returns, and credits efficiently using internal systems
  • Build product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas
  • Stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Qualifications
  • A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
