Join Müller UK & Ireland as a Part‑Time Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively? Müller UK & Ireland is looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Part‑Time) to join our dedicated team onsite in East Kilbride.

Hours: 27.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days over mies 7

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
  • Maintain trackers and reports with up‑to‑date information.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (MMID, Production Planning, Commercial) to meet customer needs.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Calmly address customer concerns and complaints.
  • Efficient call handling and multitasking abilities.
