Overview

This is a really exciting time to join our Halfords Garage Services team. You will be working at one of our new Fusion centres; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

  • Experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
  • Must have a full driver\'s licence with less than 9 points as the role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
