We are looking for a dedicated and customer‑centric individual to join the team as a Customer Sales Advisor.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, your primary objectives will be to guarantee an excellent level of service to customers and achieve the highest level of sales for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the achievement of the store's financial targets.
  • Identify and quantify potential sales opportunities from each customer, responding effectively to diverse needs.
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and adheres to health and safety procedures.
  • Effectively handle sales inquiries, providing advice, and promoting available services.
  • Maximize every sales opportunity to ensure the store meets its targets.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Be comfortable working independently, taking key holder responsibility in the absence of management.
  • Daily customer interactions.
