Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in a retail environment and assist customers with their needs.
• Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Learn product knowledge and explain our products as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services.
• Demonstrate and explain products to customers and support the practical aspects of fittings where applicable.
• Support training and development as part of career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
