A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our client's newly developed customer-focused marketing strand on a 3 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will support the delivery of communications to existing customers, working as part of a dedicated customer marketing team with a strong focus on customer retention. This is a wonderful hybrid opportunity working 1 day officed based and 4 days from home. The client's stunning offices are based close to High Wycombe. The salary for this role is up to £30,000.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver clear and engaging communications to existing customers.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen customer retention by focusing on proposition, information and promotion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of customer engagement activities.
