Job summary

A leading national statistical agency is seeking a Customer Service Field Agent in Chichester. You will support residents in completing the ONS survey, using your own car for travel. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and allows you to help shape UK policies. Candidates should have a valid UK driving license and strong communication skills. This is a one-year contract with part-time hours.

Benefits

Fuel Allowance: £0.45 per mile

Meal Allowance: £7.50 for 5 hours worked, £15 for 10 hours worked

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year UK experience in any role.
• Full UK driving license and your own car (business car insurance required).
• DBS check or proof of one completed in the past 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in the ONS survey by visiting specific residents.
• Encourage survey completion, providing guidance and support.
• May be required to enter the home and support customers with their online surveys.
