A leading UK retailer is seeking a Technician Specialist to deliver and install products in customers' homes. The role requires a Manual C1 driving licence, customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills. The Technician Specialist will coach other delivery drivers and prioritize customer service while handling product installations and maintaining a safe working environment. Full-time hours with flexible working options are supported.

As one of our Technician Specialists, you'll have the unique opportunity of bringing our distinctive John Lewis service right to our customers' doors and install the products they love into their homes (such as furniture, kitchen appliances, sound systems and TV sets) as part of a 2-person delivery crew. You'll also share your expertise to coach and develop the other delivery drivers in your team on home installations and general customer service skills, acting as a role model for the great service John Lewis is known for.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role.
Previous experience of installation is required for this role and we'll assist in topping up your knowledge with our very own installer accreditation. Other required skills and experience include:
41 hours of full-time work, per week. Across four days, Monday to Saturday. Start time 0600hrs; finishing time 1700hrs.
