Role Overview:

We are recruiting for a Customer Care Executive to join our site near Sheffield. This role involves providing high-quality customer support, handling administration tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Temporary ongoing with the potential for a permanent contract


Key Duties:

Provide live telephone support to customers experiencing software and hardware issues
Log internal and external support calls accurately
Create reports and maintain documentation
Validate and process customer orders
Create sales quotes for general sales and repairs
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Handling inbound telephone calls


Experience & Requirements:

Previous experience in customer care
Experience with administration duties
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: Hours between 8am-5pm
Mixture of 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm on a weekly rotation
