Job description

This apprenticeship will develop your skills dealing with clients face-to-face, on the phone and via written communication. You will gain practical skills and experience working the role full-time and earning a wage alongside your studies. You can further develop your skills and career in the future to set up your pathway in client relations.

Working Arrangements
  • Working Week: Monday – Friday with a 1:3 Saturday rotation. You will work between 30-40 hours / week. Times may vary depending on the role. However, on average, there are early shifts of 8:30-5:15 and late shifts of 10:15-7:00pm, with Saturdays being 9-5:00.
