Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client in Barton-upon-Humber for their mid-November intake. Whether you are from call centre, hospitality, or retail, they offer full supportive training!

Role

Customer Care Advisor - No Weekends or Evenings!

Salary: £25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8:55 am to 5:30 pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Start date: Mid-November 2025

This is a full-time office-based position. Applicants must live within a 1-hour commute of Barton-upon-Humber.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Liaise with showrooms
  • Proactively resolve customer queries
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate team members as required
  • Handle any complaints or issues
  • Continually strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
