Overview
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Customer Billing Support Specialist on a part-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers regarding billing questions, disputes and clarifications.
- Resolve billing issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Work amongst the finance, sales and customer service team to resolve complex billing enquiries.
- Update accurate records of customer interactions, issues and resolutions.
- Identify and prevent billing issues from recurring.
- Provide customers with clear explanations or charges and invoices.
- Ensure billing-related communications are clear, professional, and customer-friendly.
- Issuing credit notes or adjustments where necessary.
- Help improve billing processes by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a billing, customer service, or accounts role (5 + years preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in using billing or CRM systems (e.g., Connectwise, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Working Hours
- Mon-Fri, 09:30-14:30 (can be flexible if needed).
- 25 hours per week.
