Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: 6 Dragon Road, Winterbourne, Bristol, BS36 1BQ
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 12pm-10pm, to be discussed at interview

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep the store safe and legal - stock shelves, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services and share learnings with colleagues
  • Support the local community - participate in activities and events
