The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Customer Support professional. You need to be passionate about golf and technology.

Your key responsibilities
  • Support ticket creation from all telephone calls into the support department.
  • Support ticket updating from all emails sent into the support department (communication via phone to establish all relevant information).
  • Support ticket creation from webchat facility.
  • Support ticket follow up (communication via phone) from Auto-Bot (Webchat) facility
  • Support Ticket creation / update via TEAMs
