Job description

Wild Recruitment is proud to be working with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes, known for their excellent working environment and strong commitment to employee development. We are currently seeking a Service Centre Membership Advisor to join their dynamic customer service team.

The Role:

As a Service Centre Membership Advisor, you will play a key role in upholding the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service. You’ll handle a variety of enquiries, resolving them directly where possible or escalating them to the appropriate team. Your goal will be to deliver consistent, high-quality support in line with team standards.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping others. You should have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multi-channel enquiries (e.g., phone, email, chat)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shift rotation between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working: 2 days from home after training and probation period.
