Customer & Administrative Support Executive

THE EMPLOYER IS: IWS NIIWS - Part of the NBM Group. The role involves supporting our customers, handling administration tasks, promoting new product lines, and helping customers use our online ordering portal. Full training will be provided. You will also be expected to make regular contact with new and prospective customers. You will gain experience in administration, customer service, sales support, marketing, and digital systems.

Responsibilities
  • Contact customers by phone and email about new products and promotions.
  • Support account management and build positive customer relationships.
  • Process customer orders and help customers use our online ordering portal.
  • Update CRM systems and follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including social media posts and email campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills; training will be provided on all systems.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or account management.
  • Interest in marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Confidence using the phone to speak with customers.
