A leading public sector organization in Belfast is seeking a CST ICT Analyst to support and maintain its ICT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage user accounts, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Invest Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced and motivated CST ICT Analyst to join our Corporate Services Team (CST). This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting and maintaining the organisation's ICT infrastructure, ensuring high-quality service delivery to a diverse and demanding user base.
As a CST ICT Analyst, you will work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and customer service skills will be crucial to keeping our systems efficient, secure, and future-focused.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organisation.
Support a Windows 10/11 desktop environment and manage Active Directory / Entra ID accounts.
Use tools such as SCCM or Intune to deploy software, manage patching, and automate updates.
Troubleshoot end-user issues efficiently to meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
Work collaboratively within the ICT team to maintain system integrity, documentation, and compliance with organisational standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate, with specific and recent examples, experience in two or more of the following areas:
Troubleshooting software, network, and hardware technology issues.
Supporting a Windows 10/11 desktop environment.
Active Directory / Entra ID management and maintenance.
Using automated deployment and patching software (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
You must also provide an example of working within a challenging ICT Service Desk environment, demonstrating how you managed SLAs and built effective customer relationships.
