The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding and assessing changing business needs, analysing impacts, documenting requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. For regulatory projects, the BA ensures compliance by translating EMEA regulatory requirements into actionable business requirements and identifying impacts on the target operating model, providing solutions to mitigate risks. The role involves supporting business case development, planning, control processes, impact evaluation, traceability, and QA/testing.
TCMG provides enterprise-level project, programme, and portfolio management expertise across SMBC. Operating as a centralized strategic function, TCMG oversees complex, high-priority projects-often regulatory or strategic-requiring global coordination, multi-department collaboration, and significant budgets. It serves as a centre of excellence with qualified project managers, programme managers, and business analysts organized into multi-disciplinary teams.
