The Job: A leading global agribusiness is seeking an experienced Crop Nutrition Sales Manager to join its commercial team. This field-based role focuses on supporting farmers with innovative crop nutrition solutions while driving sales of a market-leading product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Crop Nutrition Services, you’ll combine agronomic knowledge with sales expertise to deliver sustainable, profitable farming outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers across Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, and Kent.
  • Provide technical agronomic advice tailored to customer needs.
  • Drive sales growth across fertilizers and crop nutrition products.
  • Promote sustainable farming practices through innovative solutions.
  • Report on activity, performance, and market trends to management.
