CRM Manager - Fashion - Hybrid London

My industry-leading fashion client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their well-established team. Offering a salary up to £45,000, 5 days a week in the office with room for progression, this is the perfect opportunity for a CRM Executive ready to step up with no direct reports.

You will manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails and build on the current email strategy, improving both personalisation and automation. You will work closely with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content, ensuring processes are met and targets are met. You will build, brief, proof, test, and commission campaigns within the email platform. You will perform A/B testing regularly reviewing sales reports and email analytics.

You will have CRM experience within the Fashion industry, using CRM ESPs, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytic tools (Google Analytics). You will have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy, proofreading, and managing multiple tasks to a high level of quality.

Responsibilities
