As our CRM Manager, you'll be the architect behind how millions of NOW members experience our brand. Your mission? Keep them watching, buying, and loving NOW for longer. You'll lead a talented team, turning insight into bold, multi‑channel strategies that make every interaction count. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly data literate and have an in-depth understanding of CRM.

What y ou'll d o:
  • Manage and support a small team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering professional growth
  • Design and deliver targeted, multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, IPN) across onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback, ensuring they are insight‑led and continuously optimised
  • Define and execute CRM strategies that drive viewing, upgrades, and reinstates, aligning plans with commercial targets and growth objectives
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, MarTech, Design, and Analytics to supercharge automation, elevate personalisation, and unlock smarter measurement
  • Act as CRM Entertainment go‑to person for senior stakeholders, presenting plans and insights clearly and influencing decisions through data‑driven recommendations
  • Oversee creative content to ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives
What you'll bring:
  • Solid experience managing CRM teams and motivating high‑performing individuals
  • Demonstrable expertise in strategy, planning, and delivery of multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Braze), marketing automation tools, and campaign optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to simplify complex work and influence senior leaders
  • Creative and collaborative approach to delivering compelling, brand‑aligned campaigns
  • Highly organised and agile, thriving in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
