To provide logistical support to clients regarding on-signing and off-signing of crew members.
What you’ll be doing
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodation and transport for crew prior to on-signing or following off-signing, clients, service engineers or any other visitors to the UK.
- Arrange training courses for clients or crew as required.
- Assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements.
- Arrange medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medicals as required.
- Arrange launch vessels / crew boats / helicopters for vessels that do not port call.
- Assist other offices with crew changes, as required.
- Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements
- A strong administrator, with previous experience in a crew coordinator role.
- Highly organised and efficient working manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with people at all levels.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.>
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Team player, who is also able to work well independently.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Good IT skills (MS Office – outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of working within a positive health and safety culture.
