We are seeking a Creative Technology Project Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love blending creativity with technology, and are excited by the idea of delivering memorable, interactive experiences, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do
  • Manage a wide variety of projects, from interactive retail activations to digital content, film and live event technology such as live streaming.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, working with internal and external creative, technical and production teams to delivery outstanding results
  • Drive innovation, exploring new technologies, tools and approaches to elevate the experiences we can offer clients.
  • Own the process from concept through to delivery, including the coping, timelines, budgets and supplier management.
  • Be the point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process and building lasting relationships
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years’ experiences managing digital, experiential, or creative technology projects (agency or brand-side).
  • A background in retail experiences, live event production, or digital product delivery is highly valued.
  • Strong collaboration skills – able to work closely with clients, designers, developers and production teams both face-to-face/conference calls and in email communications.
  • Commercial awareness – confident with creating quoting, managing budgets and finding cost efficient solutions that work for both clients and the agency.
  • Curious, adaptable and eager to experiment with new tech.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, staying organised under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in MacOS (Apple Laptop).
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite experience is advantages, especially in Premiere Pro. After Effects and Illustrator are also well received.
  • A valid UK driving licences and a willingness to be on-site for installations or events when needed, which can include unsocial working hours.
