Minimum Qualifications
  1. 5+ years in creative strategy for paid social (agency, platform, start-up, or in-house)

  2. Demonstrated experience in storytelling instinct - across video, design, memes, and emerging creative formats

  3. A restless curiosity for new tech, new trends, new ideas and behaviours

  4. Eager to learn fast, push boundaries, and shape the next chapter of creativity

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bonus points if you… love data and dashboards, understand how to harness measurement to drive creative ideas and business growth

  2. Turkish language is desirable although not essential
