We are looking for an assistant producer to support the creative engagement (CE) schools team in delivering inclusive projects that connect schools with Southbank Centre’s vibrant programme. This work is especially important in the lead-up to 2026, when the Southbank Centre marks the major milestone of its 75th anniversary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administration support across the entire schools programme, including management of our schools inbox
  • Coordinate communication with schools and parents/carers in advance of an event or project, ensuring the necessary paperwork is completed regarding safeguarding and permissions
  • Work closely with CE’s marketing manager and marketing assistant to support the promotion of the schools programme, including coordinating and contributing content to our regular schools newsletter
  • Support CE’s events coordinator when required during live event delivery
  • Contribute to the generation of ideas for a diverse, relevant and accessible schools programme which has high quality artistic experiences at its heart
