  • Assist the Creative Lead with workshop delivery, including setup and cleanup.
  • Support in the design and delivery of structured programmes.
  • Engage participants in creative workshops.
  • Provide administrative support, including word processing and updating databases.
  • Help design, plan, and deliver arts projects.
  • Document workshops with photographs and reports.
  • Represent Impact Arts at events and exhibitions.
  • Participate in training and events as required.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assist the Creative Lead with all aspects of workshop delivery, including set up, practical activities and clearing away materials at the end of the workshop.
  • To support in the design and delivery of high quality and structured programmes.
  • To support participants to engage fully in creative workshops.
  • To provide administrative support to the Creative Lead as required. Tasks may include word processing, updating of spreadsheets and database and ordering materials.
  • To assist in the design, planning, organising and delivery of Impact Arts’ arts projects.
  • To engage with the participants, facilitating simultaneously the creative process and personal learning and development.
  • To document workshops through a variety of means, taking photographs and evaluating the project with the participants, producing statistics, case studies and other reports for evaluation.
  • To represent Impact Arts at events and exhibitions.
  • To participate in training, meetings and events as required.
  • To support and promote Impact Arts’ Values.
  • To carry out any other duties appropriate to the post in line with Impact Arts’ needs.
