Qualifications

• Strong network of high-quality commercial real estate brokers and ability to source new business.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial property and asset-backed loans in the UK.
• Experience in credit assessment and credit note writing.

Responsibilities

• Originate transactions through multiple channels.
• Prepare and present credit applications to committees.
• Manage post-approval requirements to loan drawdown.
• Build relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor loan accounts to ensure compliance.

Skills

Strong network of commercial real estate brokers

Knowledge of commercial property and asset-backed loans

Understanding of property valuation and UK mortgage regulations

Proven experience in credit assessment
