Job Title: Cover Teacher with Behaviour Experience
Contract: Full Time
Location: Wolverhampton
Key Stage: KS3 & KS4
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £120 - £150

TeacherActive are looking for a Cover Teacher with Behaviour Experience for a secondary PRU in Wolverhampton. It is imperative the applicants have recent experience of working as a Cover Teacher and have experience working within a PRU setting and teaching learners with SEMH.

Responsibilities
  • To create a structured environment for pupils to complete learning in line with all subjects across curriculum activities across KS3 and KS4, in the absence of their teacher.
  • To deliver high-quality education in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • To maintain order and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • To oversee a class of students and ensure they complete pre-set work.
  • To motivate and engage students using creative methods and resources.
  • To adhere to school policies and perform school duties in accordance with the school's aims and teaching standards.

These responsibilities ensure continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.
