This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, ECTs, or experienced cover staff looking for a stable, full-time role within supportive local schools.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Provide effective classroom management and maintain high expectations of behaviour
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of different learners

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is desirable but not essential
