Job summary

A leading education recruitment agency in Tetford is seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across multiple schools, supervising classes during teacher absences and delivering lesson plans. Job description

Duties as Cover Supervisor:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and any issues
  • Support the wider school community as needed
  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
