Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Bromley

Start Date: Immediate Start

Are you ready to step into the world of education and make a difference in the lives of students? We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Bromley.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students are engaged with the work set by their absent teacher.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
  • Providing additional support to individual students or small groups as needed.
  • Maintaining classroom order and discipline while adhering to the school's behaviour policies.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting school-wide activities.
  • Reporting back to teachers on students progress, behaviour, and any issues.
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting, but not essential.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects as needed.
